Revision Advice 2016! | BeautyBlogJemsx

Hey Guys,

So I ain't no advice expert, but I'm going into my final year of high school  (year 11) and that means GCSE'S  (If you don't know what they are they are exams that 15-16 year old takes). I've watched alot of Back to school advice videos on YouTube and advice for the exam season. So I am going to be telling you some that I've learnt from these videos.

Don't Leave Revision to the last minute 

I kinda off did this for my mocks exams and it doesnt help. I tend to stress out more and I didn't really revise anything, however if you start revising months before, you can take your time revising and learn stuff. I did this for my end of year mocks and got 3Bs 5Cs so chuffed!

Take Breaks find what's is the best way of revision

When revising you ain't going to learn everything in one sitting, take a 5 minute or 10 minute break. Have a cup of your favourite drink or a biscuit. Also get away from your work station and relax.

Finnd what's is the best way of revising for you.

Revision can be a stressful thing, you may not know how you can revise the most efficiently. I tend to revise my best by creating mind maps filled with bright colours that stand out all meaning a different thing. Also everyone is different. You may find mind maps helps you where as your friend may find flash cards the most efficient.

Favourite Youtuber Books 2016 | BeautyBlogJemsx

Hey Guys,

Being a massive youtube fan, I have bought some of the books that some youtubers had published. Today's blog post is about my favourite Youtubers books that I enjoyed reading and I would recommend. I did actually feature some of these books is one of my very first blog post.

When these books where released I was so excited to start reading. All of these books are engaging and I've nearly finished reading Girl Online : On Tour, all ready for when Zoe's new book is released. I would defiantly recommend these books to anyone.

What to Pack for A Mini Break! |BeautyBlogJemsx

Hi Guys,

Summer is here and a lot of people are jetting of across the country or across the globe. This summer, my family and I are taking a mini cruise to the North of Spain and I am super excited ( as you are reading this I just arrived in Spain!). As it's a mini break and a chance of not a lot of wifi :-( I am going to be taking a range of fun games to play and watching catch up programmes and doing  alot of reading. And relaxing obviously! In today's blog post I am going to be telling you about some things to take on a mini break!


Small Games
You'd probably wouldn't take massive games like Twister or Monopoly, you could take small games such as Four In a Row or Battleships. I got my games from Tiger but I'm not sure if the still have them. By playing games you aren't going to be bored and time does fly when you're having fun!


Headphones
For my holiday I have to travel 4 hours on coach to get to the ferry and I may sleep, or I may just listen to my music and watch the world go past me! I am actually going to watch tv or listen to music on the coach trip up to my destination!

Books

I love a good book to read whilst on holiday. It's so relaxing and peaceful.

 I prefer to read shorter books with an intriguing story line where I would be instantly hook. Reading when it's silence is the best and a less chance of me getting distracted .

The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The NightTime Review | BeautyBlogJemsx

I wanted to get back into reading for a long time and I was a big reader when I was younger. I had The Curious Incident of The Dog in the Nighttime for a while now and I had never really had the time to sit down and read. The author is Mark Haddon who is an amazing author! The Book is about a teenage boy called Christopher, who lives with his father after his mother died and set in London. Christopher has Asperger's Syndrome. As you may of guess, Christopher neighbors dog was killed and Christopher play's detective and wants to find out who killed the dog. The book is addicting and I read in a week (Quite quick for someone who doesn't have time to read). I love this book so much that I recommend it to my friend and she loves it too, and my sister is currently reading it and says she is enjoying it! If you have the chance to read this book then defiantly have read and you'll be hooked!

Review: Clean & Clear Blackhead Cleansing Scrub | BeautyBlogJemsx

Hey guys, as a teenager that gets a lot of pores and a lot of blackheads, I want them gone. When I was in my local supermarket, I saw this on a offer for £2! So I defiantly picked it up. What stood out to me the most about this product is that it claims that it reduces blackheads after one use. That night I tested it out with my normal skin care products.

I found the product works really well and I did notice fewer blackheads instantly. It felt very tightning and it felt like it does work. On the face it does feel very nice and I do like it.

I would recommend to use this 2/3 times a week as it is quite drying.
